In the case of a fixed reservation, the guest must observe the following:<\/p>\n
For bookings up to 30 days before arrival, the guest must pay 100% of the holiday price.
For bookings made more than 30 days before arrival, the guest pays 30% of the holiday price.
The remainder of the holiday price must be paid 3 weeks before arrival.<\/p>\n
Cancellation by the customer \/ cancellation costs:
You can cancel at any time before departure. Decisive for the cancellation costs is the receipt of the cancellation by us (by e-mail). If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please resend your cancellation, as there is a possibility that your email may have ended up in the savings folder.
Cancellation costs:
up to 60 days before departure 10% of the booked price
59 to 30 days before departure 30% of the booked price
29 to 7 days before departure 80% of the booked price
100% of the booked price in the event of a no-show.<\/p>\n
Payments are made as follows:
1. approx. 30% of the tour price if more than 30 days before arrival.
2. payment of the balance is due 29 days before arrival.
3. if there are less than 30 days between the booking date and the arrival date, the full amount will be paid.<\/p>\n
In the event of cancellation, the amount will be retained in accordance with the cancellation costs and the remaining amount will be refunded.<\/p>\n
The Greek government has decided to introduce a climate change resilience fee from 1 January 2024: 2.00 euros per night per accommodation if the living space is 80 square metres or less. In Niki Studios it is 2.00 euros per day (not per person). You pay the additional fee on arrival.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
